Prismatic sells tickets through several sources, depending on the location of the performance. Tickets that are purchased from the Neptune Theatre and Dalhousie Arts Centre are subject to the policies of those organizations. Tickets purchased through PayPal for the remaining Prismatic events are subject to the policies outlined below. Purchasing policies: All tickets will be held at the theatre door and will be available one hour prior to the performance. Tickets purchased at the door can be paid for with cash only. Discount policies: Senior: 65+ Arts Worker: CAEA, Actra, AFofM, or similar associations Students: full time student ID card required to pick up tickets Groups: minimum 8 tickets for the same performance Refunds and exchanges: Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be exchanged for a the same production 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance at no extra charge. Exchanges are subject to availability and do not apply to any missed performances. If Prismatic cancels a performance for any reason, we will refund or exchange all tickets. Late comers are admitted at the sole discretion of the Front of House staff. Personal information: Prismatic receives limited personal information about ticket buyers from PayPal to ensure that you are able to receive your tickets. We do not receive your credit card information. We retain your contact information for the purpose of communicating with you about future Prismatic performances and activities. We do not sell or share your contact information with any other group, business or individual. |
